Our mainland China factory make all steps in the production process,
from design and development of the prototype to mould-making,
injection moulding or blow moulding, key ring and chain manufacture,
spray painting, hand painting, assembly, finishing and packaging.
We do not as a general rule subcontract our production. We aim to
produce high quality items respecting the various national laws in
health and safety, and environmental matters. This concerns mainly
materials, labelling and packaging. We ask you to specify any
particular requirements at the ordering stage, as such laws can
change in each country from time to time.

We
use synthetic plastic raw materials, of qualities and densities to suit
the various requirements. We source our materials in various countries
in and around Asia, and we usually maintain some stock so that we can
ensure fast and reliable delivery times for your product.
According to local practice, our employees are lodged and fed in the
accomodation building, which is part of our factory development. We
respect all labour laws, and other laws of social accountability, such
as environmental and health and safety laws that are applied by the
local and the central governments of China. A visit to our factory can
be arranged and you will be made very welcome.
